Since each item is customized specifically for you, orders are not shipped immediately.
Standard Production: Please allow 3–6 business days for us to design and print your products.
Bulk Orders: For large quantities, production time may vary. We will communicate the timeline directly with you.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
Local Delivery (Mardan): Usually delivered within 48 hours after production.
Nationwide Shipping: Typically takes 4–7 business days after the production phase is complete.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our Mall Road facility, you will receive a confirmation message or email with a tracking number.
4. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at 0313-3878889 within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the item has been shipped.
