2. Customized Content & Copyright
Customer Responsibility: You represent that you own the rights to or have permission to use any images, logos, or text you upload for printing.
Prohibited Content: Nangyal reserves the right to refuse any order that contains material we deem offensive, illegal, or an infringement on third-party intellectual property.
Design Approval: For specific custom jobs, we may send a digital proof. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for any errors in the final print that were present in the approved design.
3. Color Accuracy & Quality
Please note that colors on a digital screen (RGB) may vary slightly from the final printed product (CMYK). While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color and texture are normal in the printing industry.
4. Payments
Full payment or a specified deposit is required before we begin the customization process. We accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, & COD.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom Products: Because these items are personalized for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing error on our part.
Claims: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nangyal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
